Our Story
We met in 2020 during the height of COVID, and spent our time getting to know each other. We soon started realizing how much our personalities complimented one another. We each have 3 children of our own, and our individual strengths were instrumental in helping to build our blended family. In our spare time, we enjoy boating, traveling, concerts, reading, Italian food, and volunteering at different organizations around the Omaha metro. Jeremy loves numbers, a good spreadsheet, jambalaya, and cheesecake. Cristine enjoys keeping things clean and organized, a warm cup of coffee, and manicured nails.

Jeremy was working as a handyman at the age of 18. He then started in the construction industry in 2001 at 21 years old. This helped him transition his knowledge and experience into the next chapter. His passion for real estate first started in 2004 when he bought a home in Bellevue Nebraska in as is condition. His relationship with lenders started with this purchase and has continued to grow over the years.
Jeremy's first formal real estate investing training was in 2010. He has now been to countless trainings and seminars from a major portion of the top real estate education companies. From these experiences, his dedication over the years has grown to build as many positive relationships as possible. He is also a licensed contractor and an EPA certified mold and lead remediator.
Cristine oversees all operations of the design and social media. Cristine ensures both are executed with care, accuracy, and excellence. Her exceptional skills are attention to detail, communication, and building long lasting relationships. She brings everyone together and makes sure everything is completed to expectations. Being able to adapt on the fly is how Cristine is able to manage the many moving aspects and fit them into place. Cristine is also bilingual in Portuguese.
